What it does
- Today: what needs you, upcoming bills and deadlines, and replies you owe, on one screen.
- Summaries that say what to do, with the reason behind each priority.
- Deadlines and bills, pulled from your mail and checked against the original text.
- Follow-ups: emails you're waiting on, promises you made, and reminders in plain English.
- Reads PDF bills and invoices on your computer, and offers your free times when someone asks to meet (free/busy only, if you connect your calendar).
- Ask your inbox questions and get answers with links to the source emails.
- Optional automation (labels, tidying, drafts) that starts in preview mode, so you approve everything first.
Private by design
Your email is analyzed by an AI model that runs on your own computer. We don't run servers that receive your email, and we never sell it or use it for advertising or AI training. Lodestar's data and sign-ins are stored encrypted on your PC. You can connect a mailbox read-only.
Works with Gmail, and with Yahoo, iCloud, AOL and most other providers through IMAP. Outlook and Microsoft 365 support is built but not switched on yet.
